At FatehMocks, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
For signed-in students, we keep a short-lived activity history of page and exam views, test starts and observed submissions to understand where students need help. Only page paths and selected exam/test identifiers are recorded, not full URLs, search text, passwords, mouse movements or form contents. This history is visible only to authorized administrators and is not shared with coaching advertisers. Activity sessions expire after 2 days (48 hours) and disappear from the admin view; automatic database deletion is asynchronous and may take additional time (typically within 24 hours of expiry). Account, payment and official test/ranking records are separate and are not deleted by this activity-retention policy. A small browser session identifier groups visits and resets after inactivity; detailed visit history is not stored in browser storage.
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, mobile number, and performance data on mock tests to provide a personalized learning experience.
Your information is used to manage your account, track your progress, send important updates, and improve our services.
When you continue to Pass checkout, we record the selected plan, checkout time, order reference and available checkout status to help resolve incomplete purchases. These records and account contact details are restricted to administrators. You can optionally provide a mobile number and permit a call or WhatsApp message about that payment. This permission is optional and is not permission for unrelated marketing. We do not store card details, UPI PINs or payment passwords in this support queue. You can ask us to stop contacting you or request help with your data at support@fatehmocks.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption via Firebase and SSL, to protect your data from unauthorized access.

We use cookies and local storage (IndexedDB) to save your theme preferences, session status, and offline data to enhance your experience.
When an active local coaching advertisement is available, we may request your browser's location permission to show advertisements within a configured area around that coaching or city centre. Location is optional. If permission is denied or the position is unavailable, outdated or insufficiently accurate, local advertisements remain hidden. We use the device's reported coordinates and accuracy to match the coverage area; we do not use a manually saved city or an IP-city estimate as a substitute. Coordinates are sent to FatehMocks solely to evaluate the current advertisement request and are not saved in our application database, browser storage or activity history, and are not sent to coaching advertisers. Only a permission-prompt marker may be kept for the browser tab to avoid repeated prompts. An explicitly all-city advertisement can appear without location access. You can revoke permission in your browser's site settings. Advertisements are labelled separately from study content. Your account, mobile number and payment-help records are not shared with coaching advertisers. Clicking a coaching website or WhatsApp enquiry opens that provider's service, where you choose what information to share.
We may use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to serve ads on our website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website. These advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to FatehMocks and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
